How do I activate my account?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at support@johnsonspk.com

How can I track my orders & payment?
Since we have multiple delivery channel from inhouse rider to deliver the product immediately to TCS to deliver orders in remote location. Please login and follow the deliver instruction - in some cases you will find TCS or other courier Tracking ID which can be checked online.
How do I pay for the goods bought online?
Once the order is placed through our website, the delivery of the goods will be made within 3 to 5 days (tentative). Once the goods are delivered at your doorstep, you will be required to pay for the goods at the time of delivery.
